Position: Digital Director

Reports To: Partner, Chief Marketing Officer

Federal Status: Exempt

Date: December 2023

Salary Range: 90k – 100k

We are looking for an experienced Digital Director to translate digital marketing efforts into a cohesive strategy. Our ideal candidate should be able to collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency, demonstrate high-performing UX/UI skills combined with a deep knowledge of marketing. Your role will create, plan, and deliver an effective digital strategy to achieve client business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Strategy

  • Plan digital strategies to meet client goals based on provided and independent research
  • Create architecture for website projects and digital campaigns
  • Gather and organize client content
  • Identify audiences, needs and opportunities
  • Innovate new ideas and fresh applications of technology

Proposal

  • Present strategies in client presentations and meetings
  • Confidently communicate complex ideas in a clear and easily understood way
  • Write explanations and descriptions of digital tactics for proposal inclusion
  • Define project budgets and timelines

Implementation

  • Lead cross-channel digital campaigns
  • Manage project budget and timeline through to completion
  • Guide UX/UI experience and integration for web projects
  • Ensure digital best practices are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment

Monitor

  • Ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications (e.g., website, blogs, and social media)
  • Prepare and analyze SEO, SEM, and marketing metrics

Train

  • Train internal teams to use digital technologies as required
  • Train external client teams to effectively use CMS software

Report

  • Set specific digital objectives and report progress
  • Maintain current optimization methods to improve customer experience

Qualifications, Experience, and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Digital Technologies
  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a leader in digital media
  • Excellent content strategy and UX/UI skills
  • Solid experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies
  • Hands on experience with SEO, SEM and CMS software
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical skills

    Position: Client Relationship Coordinator

    Reports To: Director of Client Solutions

    Federal Status: Exempt

    Date: December 2023

    Salary Range: $45k - 55k

    Building and maintaining great client relationships is important to the success of Copperwing and achieving our client’s goals. As a Client Relationship Coordinator, you will be responsible for getting to know clients, their industry and assisting them with project coordination. You will interact with clients on a day-to-day basis working as their liaison to the rest of the assigned Copperwing team.

    Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

    • Work with Director of Client Solutions to manage assigned clients and day-to-day communications for projects
    • Foster close client relationships to ensure a positive experience and help achieve client project goals
    • Manage client projects through to completion working closely with client and internal team
    • Communicate promptly and effectively with clients in person, over the phone or by email
    • Maintain accountabilities for all projects, timelines and assist with budgeting as needed
    • Develop a general working knowledge of the client’s business, industry, and competitors
    • Stay up to date with the latest marketing best practices and technologies
    • Understand and use current marketing tools
    • Review proofs for accuracy and revisions requested by client, provide input as needed

    Qualifications, Experience, and Education Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in similar role preferred – entry-level considered
    • Understanding of marketing and communications
    • Self-starter who can work well with a team
    • Organized with high attention to detail
    • Multitasking and problem-solving skills
    • Team player
    • Positive attitude
    • Good time-management skills
    • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
